Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.

If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact the appropriate carrier directly (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email to file a claim.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the sensitive and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless your item is found to be defective or incorrect.

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for any resolution.
